Salakos is a traditional village set among the foothills of Mt. Profitis Elias. The square with its fountain and huge rubber plants is charming. Some houses are modern, others in the traditional style. The village is famed for its beautiful surroundings and springs such as Nymphi, an ideal place to go for a walk and unwind.
Eleousa (37 km from Rhodes town)
Eleousa is a tiny village hidden among plane trees located in the centre of one of the most verdant areas on the island.
